Scrap yard, believed to be at Fürth near Nürnberg/Bavaria in the summer of 1945. Postwar shot of the main gate area at Freeman Field, near Seymour, Indiana. This obscure base was the primary testing and evaluation site used by the USAAF in evaluating foreign aircraft, as evidenced by the Focke Wulf 190 wing used for signage.
